CRM365 launches with next generation Intelligence Platform

Seeks Aggressive Share of $3 Billion CRM Market

NEW YORK— October 11, 2011— CRM365, a new, social/mobile, data-led offering designed to help clients build meaningful connections to their most valuable customers, was announced today by Laura Lang, CEO of Digitas and the VivaKi executive lead of the digital, social and mobile agencies Big Fuel, Denuo, Phone Valley and Razorfish. Inspired by the world-class CRM offering at Digitas, the new operation will be led by Seth Solomons, 43, formerly the Global CMO of Digitas, who will serve as chief executive officer of CRM365, effective immediately.

"We have seen significant demand for CRM expertise that delivers a strategic and streamlined solution to the Big Data opportunity. The CRM365 Intelligence Platform will enable our clients to drive even stronger returns from their customer marketing investments," said Lang. "Overall, the $3Billion CRM market promises accelerated growth. CRM365, led by Seth, who is an energetic entrepreneur and a respected business strategist, will be at the forefront."

Based in NYC, CRM365 launches with 45 people (a combination of full time and consultants). CRM365 will partner with VivaKi digital and media agencies including Big Fuel, Digitas, Razorfish, StarcomMediaVest Group and Zenith Optimedia, to deliver the benefits of the CRM365 Intelligence Platform--an "always-on value management" offering that includes three components:

  • Customer Contact Management via proprietary Interactions Engine built on a private cloud to facilitate real-time learning and performance marketing output.
  • Customer Value Management and Big Data Advanced Analytics: analog, digital, social and mobile data integration and intelligence, measurement and reporting.
  • Performance-Driving Creative with a focus on lead generation, retention and loyalty program acceleration.

CRM365 launches with an established network of business partners, including Conversen, a leading campaign management platform company, and DeepMile Networks, an advanced analytics company with a focus on Social CRM, Big Data management, and location-based advertising and targeting.

Solomons adds: "Our ambition for CRM365 is to set a new standard for CRM. Clients are feeling the pain of extracting insights from the magnitude of data collected and available. We will deliver significant value through a combination of strategic and platform solutions that will enable real-time, always-on customer management across all channels, with a focus on social and mobile."

As CEO of CRM365, Solomons will steer the vision and strategic growth of this new offering globally, including expansion into the UK, France and Germany in 2012.

Additionally, Solomons will serve as an executive partner to Lang to identify growth and expansion opportunities for the digital, social and mobile agencies under Lang's remit.
