Seth Solomons

Global Chief Executive Officer

Single-minded obsession: delivering on the "speed of need." Help brands deliver what people want, when and where they want it.

As CEO, Seth brings over 20 years of global experience across advertising, media and integrated marketing. At CRM365 Seth is looking to help progressive brands do a better job of meeting the needs of their customers. He is unsatisfied with today's legacy marketing practices and slow-to-market CRM offerings. His passion and curiosity for what's next will drive profound change.

Prior to founding CRM365, Seth was at Digitas for over 11 years, most recently as Global Chief Marketing Officer. While at Digitas Seth led all of the agency's growth efforts across both core client upsell and net new business. He was also responsible for the agency's strategy offering, leading the Marketing, Media, Technology, and Strategy and Analytics capabilities. Seth also led a broad range of client engagements, including managing the global relationships for both the Samsung and Delta accounts.

Previously, Seth spent eight years at Wunderman Worldwide. He worked with several established brands, including Diners Club, Clairol Professional, Nabisco, AstraZeneca, and Philip Morris, developing customer-centric marketing programs against acquisition, retention, cross-sell, win-back, and new product development goals.

Seth was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 by Ad Age in July 2007.

Seth is also an Advisory Board member for the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.

Seth is a graduate of Syracuse University. He, his wife Laura, and their two daughters live in Rye Brook, New York.

Alec Bokman

Managing Director

Single-minded obsession: bringing customers what they demand and warrant based on lifetime value and preferences.

As Managing Director, Alec brings 25 years of CRM Strategy development and implementation experience to CRM365. In this role, Alec is looking to help progressive brands do a better job of leveraging "Big Data" to meet the needs of their customers in real-time. He is most passionate and curious about understanding how consumers influence the purchase decisions of others in their social graph, and developing predictable and measurable tools to help brands join relevant conversations.

Prior to founding CRM365, Alec was at Digitas for over eight years, most recently as Global Lead for the Strategy and Analysis Capability and Product Plus, where he worked with external partners to create non-traditional revenue streams.

Previously, Alec spent four years at McKinsey & Company as a member of the CRM Practice. He worked across industries and geographies developing strategies to manage customer value and experiences through data analysis and organizational change management. Prior to McKinsey & Co., Alec worked on long-term continuity programs for Pepsi, First USA, and Phillip Morris. He also has extensive experience in Direct Marketing and Clubs, having led Marketing Planning and Analysis for New Customer Acquisition at Columbia House and for Acquisition and Sales Promotion at the Meredith Book Group.

Alec is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton where he earned his BA and MA. He lives in New York City.

David Nie

Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer, David will oversee all aspects of Technology platform solution and support for CRM365. Previously, David lead the technology practice for Digitas North America, as well as served as Chief Technology Officer for Digitas Greater China. He has spearheaded numerous initiatives (such as software platform development, methodology and tools standardization, Asia off–shore strategy, and quality assurance processes), working on a range of client businesses, including retail relationships with L.L. Bean, Delta Air Lines, FedEx, American Express, Kraft Foods, IBM, Procter & Gamble, and Pfizer.

A 20-year veteran of the technology industry, David previously worked as a systems engineer for Brighton Information Technologies in Beijing, China, where he assisted in the design and integration of various complex back-end systems, including China's first real-time global satellite imaging system. Prior to that, David worked as an electrical engineer for Exergen Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.

Margaret M. Clerkin

Operations Lead

As the Operations Lead for CRM365, Margaret brings 25 years of CRM Strategy development and implementation, content development and business operations to support our clients. At CRM365 Margaret will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of state-of-the-art CRM solutions and driving partnership to create value for our clients.

Margaret joined Digitas in 2010 to head up the Kraft-One digital team and provide her experience on building integrated media teams. During her tenure she has designed the integrated digital operation, driven analytics innovations with iGRPs and TV and Digital engagement value equalization, and spearheaded content plays across 15+ brands called HerSay.

Prior to Digitas, Margaret was GroupM Director of Digital Assets, where she was charged with synchronizing messaging, media and consumer engagement to ensure that GroupM clients drove sales and profitability. Her most successful collaboration to date is her hand in creating "In The Motherhood" (Unilever/Sprint), an online comedy series starring Jenny McCarthy, Leah Remini and Chelsea Handler. For this project, she spearheaded the first ever performance-based branded entertainment deal and took consumer-generated interactivity to a new level. Margaret also played an active role in crafting Ameriprise "Life After Work," Sprint "Heroes" and "Business on Main," and Thierry Mugler.

Previously, as CEO North America of MindShare Interaction, Margaret helped secure the distinction of OMMA Interactive Silver Agency of the Year in 2007 and led the team to recognition from digital industry awards including the IAB, MIXX and AdWeek while driving business results that tripled the unit's revenues in two years.

Throughout her career in both media and account management, Margaret has contributed to a variety of the world's biggest brands, including AT&T, Assurant Insurance, DuPont, HBO, IBM, Novartis, SONY, Sprint and Unilever.

Margaret has strong skill sets in Content Development, Digital Innovations, Social, Data Management, Business Intelligence Tool Development, CRM, Digital, Agency Management and Integration Management.
